User Agreement
By accessing and using the 4 Design website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
4 Design provides design-only services including 3D rendering, CAD drawings, tile layouts, and space planning. We do not provide construction or installation services. All designs are intended for use by licensed contractors and builders.
Intellectual Property
All designs, renderings, drawings, and documentation created by 4 Design remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their specific project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with final payment due upon project completion. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
4 Design provides design services only. We are not responsible for construction implementation, contractor performance, or final built outcomes. Clients should verify all dimensions and specifications with their contractor before construction.
